Made to order paintings will be shipped after painting is completed and fully dry to touch.

If you need your painting sooner please send convo with your location before placing order.

All paintings are packaged with greatest care, fully protected using special wrapping and spacial made custom boxes.

Each packaging made during the packaging process to match size of each certain painting. I personally oversee the entire process to ensure each painting leaving my studio for long journey is safely protected and insured.

On very rare odd circumstance, where a shipment is damaged by the UPS, or USPS carrier, regardless you are completely covered by this policy and your refund is granted.

LOSS IN SHIPPING: ALL ARTWORK IS INSURED. IN THE CASE OF LOSS, THE CUSTOMER GETS A REFUND AND AN INSURANCE CLAIM IS FILED ON MY END.

RETURNS ARE ACCEPTED IF AN ARTWORK ARRIVES DAMAGED OR IN THE CASE OF ACCIDENTAL TYPOS IN DESCRIPTIONS. I TRY TO WORK WITH EVERY CUSTOMER TO RESOLVE ANY ISSUES, OTHERWISE 7 DAYS PERIOD YOU CAN RETURN THE ARTWORK IN ITS ORIGINAL CONDITION FOR AN EXCHANGE RETURNED ARTWORK MUST BE PACKED IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING SHIPPING COST ARE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE BUYERS.

Paintings are described and photographed as accurately as possible.

Due to variations of individual color settings on customer displays color hues may shifted at low percentage rate. However, in most cases monitors and displays would reflect close to actual color because settings has become more universal.

Customer to pay actual shipping costs if exchange has been agreed. If your package was damaged in transit you are fully granted for full refund. Process - contact me right away the same day of receiving. I'll do all my best to solve any issue and make you happy.
