Return and Exchange Policy
 
Customer satisfaction is my main goal.
 
I will work with you to resolve any issue with the purchase.
 
I will do anything in our power to make you a happy customer and maintain your loyalty, regardless of what the situation is. Every situation, return or exchange will be handled on individual basis.
 
However, i do have certain rules and guidelines for returns and exchanges.
 
· Returns are accepted only if you contact me and ship the painting back within 7 days from the delivery date. 
 
THE 7-DAY PERIOD YOU CAN RETURN THE PRODUCT IN ITS ORIGINAL CONDITION TO EXCHANGE THE RETURNED ARTWORK MUST BE PACKAGED IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING, THE SHIPPING COST IS THE BUYERS ' RESPONSIBILITY.
 
·In case of a return, i will provide all the money back except of any shipping fees paid in the addition to the cost of the merchandise.  
 
The money back can be provided back to paypal account.
 
· If your painting arrived damaged, please contact me, i will send you another paiting.
 
All packages by UPS are insured for the declared value or $100,
 
*I have the right to cancel any promotional transaction and return the full payment to the buyer*
